UP TO 60% EXTRA YIELD OVER STANDARD DEEP WELL PLATES

Plasmid (pPL2) yield increased by up to 60% when using GroMax baffled deep well microplate (purple) over standard (black) in 500uL culture volumes and 36.4% in 750uL culture volumes. Bacterial cultures were incubated in LB Amp media overnight at 37°C with vigorous shaking.

GroMax Baffled Deepwell MicroPlates are made of A1-polished ultra-clear medical grade polypropylene giving high visibility to your samples. Plates are stable from -80°C to 120°C with no degradation or sublimation and have been tested to over 6,000 x g providing a safe and strong environment. Non-sterile plates are certified free from DNase, RNase, DNA and detectable PCR inhibitors and can be sterilized by autoclave.

Best Result Operating Parameters: .5-.75 ml, 200-300 rpm, 25-50 mm throw radius
